Your use of this site is deemed to be acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
1. You warrant that you will provide, accurate and complete registration information.
2. You agree that:
a) you will not offer any item for sale or other valuable consideration via a listing on the e-Cycled website (all items listed must be free);
b) you will keep safe your username and password;
c) you will immediately notify the operator of the e-Cycled website of
any unauthorised use of your username and password of which you are
aware;
d) you will not use use the e-Cycled website in any manner which is:
unlawful; infringes any intellectual property rights; is any way
harmful, threatening, misleading; invasive of another person's privacy;
harrassing; defamatory; hateful; racist; or otherwise objectionable;
e) you will use the site at your own risk;
f) you will indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the e-Cycled
website from and against all claims, actions, demands and liabilities
and settlements (including reasonable legal and accounting fees)
arising in connection with your use of the e-Cycled website, or a
breach of the warranties or any terms or conditions contained in this
agreement;
g) you consent to the use of any personal information provided to the e-Cycled website in accordance with the privacy policy; and
h) you acknowledge that the operator of the e-Cycled website has not
reviewed the content of any websites linked to the e-Cycled website and
does not take responsibility for any content which appears on any such
sites.
i) the use of the e-Cycled website is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia; and
j) you will not use the e-Cycled website from outside the territory of the Commonwealth of Australia.
3. The operator of the e-Cycled website reserves the right to remove any listing or other material posted by a user, without notice, which the operator considers (at its absolute discretion) is in breach of the terms of this agreement, not in keeping with the interests of the e-Cycled website, or otherwise objectionable for any reason whatsoever.
4. The operator of the e-Cycled website reserves the right to cancel any user's registration and to block further access to the site by that user, if the operator considers (at its absolute discretion) that the user has engaged in conduct which is in breach of the terms of this agreement, not in keeping with the best interests of the e-Cycled website, or otherwise objectionable for any reason whatsoever.
